Dispatch of drugs shall be determined by the  State TB Officer (STO)/District TB Officer (DTO) or officer in charge (authorized by the STO/DTO for the purpose) on the basis of analysis of stocks, consumption and expiry analysis. 

The Storekeeper shall perform the following activities for releasing drugs to sub-stores:

Process of Issuing Supplies

Explain the process of issuing supplies through Nikshay Aushadhi

The drugs and consumables procured by Central TB Division (CTD) are issued to States through Central Medical Services Society (CMSS) warehouses/ Government Medical Store Depots (GMSD). Drug requirements, consumption and stock positions, both at State and district levels are monitored at Central TB Division through the reports available in Ni-kshay Aushadhi. 

Define the process, periodic dispatch/emergency/need basis. Also explain the multiple locations where dispatch can be made(SDS, DDS)

In addition to the Central and State supplies, stores might receive supplies from third party in the form of donations. The process of recording this receipt in Ni-kshay Aushadhi is described below
