Principle:

Breaks in Liquid culture protocol can happen due to deviations from standard operating procedures. Some common breaks in the protocol are shown below:

EP-12 report-External File load status: EP-12 report is only working for the payments which are done externally. With the help of this report, the agency can monitor the beneficiary/ payment status, and whether the beneficiary/ payment files got accepted or rejected.

How to check the payment files through this report?

1. Go to admin login -> select the 'Reports' option

The following errors are mostly encountered at the time of DBT payment in the PFMS.

Here are the reasons why Ni-kshay does not generate benefits and the actions required to fix these issues.

Following banking issues appear before initiating the DBT payment. These errors will show in the DBT Checker id. After rectifying all the errors, the DBT Maker/User has to again send the beneficiary details from Ni-kshay to PFMS. 

Some issues appear at the time of DBT at the Benefit Level.

DBT01-Beneficiciary Registration Status:

Through the DBT01 report, the user can monitor the approved/pending/rejected beneficiaries mapped with the respective agency.
